For elderly people

This age is very hard for elderly people because the health is less resistant than in the other ages. For example, people 64 years old may have arthritis or cardiovascular diseases. The elderly people should drink a lot of water and milk for the bones, if you eat veggies, grains, fruit and lain proteins, you will feel vibrant and healthy, inside and out.
  • Good nutrition keeps muscles, bones, organs and other body parts alive.
  • Nutrients with omega-3 are essential for the brain to do its job.
  • A proper diet gives you more energy and it helps you look better.
  • When your body feels good you feel happier inside and out.

Research from Zürich Hospital University show that chocolate improves blood circulation and decreases the chances of having a heart-attack. Cientists from this University gave 40 gr of chocolate to people who use to smoke. 8 hours after, the effect we have just described was seen.
If you smoke, you should  eat some chocolate.



Coffee:

Did you know that if you drink coffe in the middle of your life ( age 30 - 50 ), the chance of having Alzheimer  decreases ?
So, you ought to drink some coffe if you want to prevent this illnes !
But.. be careful, because coffe and dark beverages may turn your teeth yellow !

Watercress is a really healthy vegetable. It's refreshing and it prevents you from getting scurvy.It also prevents liver infarcts and it has antidiabetic properties. It has a really high content of iron.

Finally, some research show that watercress could help you fighting against cancer.




Garlic:

Did you know that garlic is good for your memory ? 

It also makes you skin softer, and helps your nervous system. It is considered a natural antibiotic.

Garlic is good, but you shouldn't eat a lot of it, because it might make your mouth smell.. bad.
